Refund policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, Amber Mystery does not offer refunds for returns (unless in exceptional cases). You do have the option to return for store credit or exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at contact@ambermystery.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return label, as well as instructions on how return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns

Pre-paid labels are not available for international returns. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different size, please request via email. Incase where the requested size is out of stock, you will have option of keeping your item or be issued a store credit. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as made-to-order tulle pieces or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refund in exceptional cases

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please note, it may take up to 5 working days for your bank or payment company to process refund.
